How does the pricing work?
A monthly rate per branch plus a monthly rate per user, billed in AUD. There are no per-vehicle fees and no lock-in contracts — you pay for the sites and the people using the system, however many vehicles you put through.
Is there really a free trial with no card?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access, and we don't ask for payment details to start it. If you have a coupon code, it can extend your free period further — apply it at signup.
What counts as a branch?
A branch is a physical site where you prepare, inspect, detail or hand over vehicles — a dealership, a used-car reconditioning centre, a detailing studio, or the base your mobile detailers work from. Each branch gets its own live QC board and its own reporting.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: technicians and detailers ticking checks, inspectors flagging issues, managers watching the board. You can add and remove users at any time and your bill follows.
